By accessing and using Zenze Capital LLP's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
To apply for a loan through Zenze Capital LLP, you must:
Interest Rates: Interest rates range from 8.5% to 24% per annum, depending on your credit profile, loan amount, and tenure.
Processing Fee: A processing fee of 1% to 3% of the loan amount may apply.
Loan Tenure: Loans can be availed for a tenure of 6 to 84 months.
Prepayment: Prepayment is allowed after 6 months with a prepayment charge of 2% to 4% of the outstanding principal.
By submitting a loan application, you authorize Zenze Capital LLP to:
Upon approval, the loan amount will be disbursed directly to your registered bank account within 24-48 hours. The disbursement is subject to successful verification of all documents.
EMI Payment: Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) will be auto-debited from your registered bank account on the due date.
Late Payment: Late payment charges of 2% per month will apply on overdue amounts.
Bounce Charges: A charge of ₹500 will apply for each EMI bounce.

Zenze Capital LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the processing fee paid by you.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Zenze Capital LLP is registered with the Reserve Bank of India as an NBFC. We follow RBI guidelines on fair practices, transparency, and customer protection. We do not charge any upfront fees before loan disbursement. Beware of fraudulent calls asking for advance payment.
